At Sereniva, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase of Break the Anxiety Circle, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Eligibility
You may request a refund within 30 days of your order's delivery date.

How to Request a Refund
Send your request to support@sereniva.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Sera, our support agent, will reply from sera.sereniva@gmail.com within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@sereniva.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and Sera will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Circumstances
Refund requests made after the 30-day window may not be eligible unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
